Renovations and extensions in South East Queensland
That is what we are designing against. Not by being cheaper, and not by promising faster, but by removing the three things that actually go wrong.
Who you getA detailed written proposal, every inclusion listed, built off a proper consultation rather than a guess. No vague allowances that quietly grow. Scope changes get approved by you first, so the number you sign is the number you pay.
Ring and you get Dylan, not a call centre and not a form that disappears. Same day reply, every time, and the same person from the first site visit through to handover.
Your house is not handed to a project manager you never meet. Nothing gets lost in the gap between what was promised and what gets built, because there is no gap.
We are not a volume builder chasing house and land packages. We work on homes that already exist, and on the outdoor rooms that make a Queensland house worth living in.
Kitchens, bathrooms, whole home renovations, rear extensions and second storey additions. Queenslanders are our favourite work, and we know what tends to be hiding behind the walls of one before we open it up.

Decks, patios, pergolas, carports, stairs and balustrades. In this climate the outdoor room is the one the family actually lives in, so it earns the same care as the kitchen.

The person you are hiring
Most building companies sell you the name and send you a stranger. This one is deliberately small. Dylan quotes the job, Dylan runs the job, and Dylan is the one who picks up when you have a question about it on a Tuesday afternoon.
Fewer jobs at once is the point, not a limitation. It means the work gets the attention it should, the site stays tidy, and you are never chasing anyone for an answer.

01
A paid consultation where we walk the site together. Most people come to us without plans or specifications, so this is where we work out what the project actually needs: drawings, council approval, certification. You leave knowing what is involved.
02
A detailed written proposal built on real information rather than a guess, every inclusion listed. Accept it and the consultation fee comes off the final price of the job.
03
One team on your job. Regular updates as it moves, so you always know what is happening on site this week and what is coming next.
04
Finished, cleaned, certified and walked through with you. Anything on the list gets sorted, and we are still contactable long after the last invoice.
Why the consultation is paid. A proposal is only as good as the information behind it. Paying for the consultation means you get real advice on plans, approvals and certification rather than a number pulled out of the air. Go ahead with the job and that fee comes off the price.
Book a consultationReal Google reviews will sit in this block with reviewer names and dates. Nothing invented goes here. Getting the first handful of reviews onto the Google Business Profile is worth more to enquiries than anything else on this page.
A few details is all we need to work out whether we are the right fit. If we are, we will book a time to walk the site with you.
